Grapes are selected in the vineyard and in the warehouse.
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks (with 20-25-day maceration).
French oak 225-litre casks are used for 6-8-month ageing.
TASTING
Cherry red colour with vivid purplish shades.
It emphasises fragrance of fresh and macerated cherries, black fruit jam, reflections of date fruit, vanilla and mild touches of timber complementing the aromatic blend.
Gentle balsamic tones.
In the mouth, it shows appropriate acidity with certain fattiness and long palate. |
