PRODUCTION
Grapes are selected in the vineyard and in the warehouse.
They undergo direct pressing, settling and draining within 24 hours.
Fermentation under temperature control during 21 days.
225-litre casks are used for 3-month ageing.
TASTING
Straw yellow colour.
It tastes ripe summer fruit with subtle touch of nuts and noble timber evolving into pastry and toast tones.
In the mouth, it shows well-balanced, well-structured, fatty taste with appropriate acidity. |
