PRODUCTION
Grapes are selected in the vineyard and in the warehouse.
Each variety is fermented separately in 400-litre oak casks.
French oak 225-litre casks are used for 18-month ageing.

Its fragrant intricacy and profundity make this wine particularly tempting.
It emphasises black fruit, ripe plums, cherries and charming touch of violet candy.
Balsamic aromas harmonise with the subtlety of fresh timber, delicate shade of toasted tones giving way to mineral aromas.
In the mouth, it shows well-balanced, well-structured, beefy, fatty and wide taste.
Excelling by its long palate and expressiveness, the wine has mineral finish recalling the smelling stage. |
